Terms of Sale: Hawkinsville Auction Gallery accepts cash, good check, Visa, Discover, and Master card. The Customer agrees and understands that if their bid is successful, they will be responsible for the purchase price, buyer's premium (13%), all state taxes, and shipping/handling costs. (Premium is reduced to 10% with cash and good check.) Customer understands bids are placed subject to the Conditions of the Sale. When placing bids, customer is acknowledging acceptance of these conditions of sale, as well as the conditions of the merchandise purchased.
